FAQs

• You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and receive wine from Cinquain Cellars.
• To ship to one of the following states – AK, HI, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, ND, NH, OH, PA, SC, TN, VT, WI, WV – please shop through our Vinoshipper catalog page here>
• We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or the following states at this time: AL, AR, CT, DE, MS, MT, NJ, RI, SD, and UT. Thank you for understanding!
• Orders are shipped ground via GLS, FedEx or UPS (or USPS for merchandise only orders). An adult signature of someone 21 or older will be required at time of delivery.
• Shipments may be held during extreme temperatures to protect the quality of the wine. We will contact you to schedule a future ship date if necessary.
