The 2018 Lyrik is a delicious blend of 45% Petit Verdot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Cabernet Franc. It is 100% estate-grown and bottled and aged in a mixture of French, Hungarian and American oak for 30 months. It has a deep, dark purple color with aromas of black cherry, vanilla and cinnamon spice. You’ll taste fresh, ripe black fruit, blackberry and blueberry. The finish is rich and full-bodied with a lovely oak structure. Enjoy now and through 2028. Only 120 cases produced.
