The 2019 Cabrador is an estate-grown blend of 50% Touriga and 50% Tinto Cão. It was aged for 30 months in a mixture of French and Hungarian barrels that show what these Portuguese varieties can do as a dry table wine. On the nose, you’ll smell ripe black cherries, vanilla and spiced oak. Enjoy rich, juicy flavors of cherries, berries and mocha with good structure and a lingering finish. Drink now and through 2029. Only 95 cases produced.
