The 2018 Cabernet Syrah is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Syrah, all 100% estate-grown and bottled from our Nagengast Estate Vineyard. The Syrah was aged in 100% Hungarian oak, and the Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in a mixture of American and French oak for 30 months. This well-rounded, multi-dimensional wine has tastes and aromas of ripe black cherries, blackberry compote, pepper and cola, with accents of vanilla and tobacco.
