The 2017 Reserve Cinquain is a beautiful blend of 30% Malbec, 30% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Petit Verdot and 10% Cabernet Franc. This rich and complex wine has aromas of blackberry, black cherry, dates and dark ripe plums. Taste mocha and black cherry flavors supported by a firm structure with a lingering finish. It is 100% estate-grown and bottled and aged in a mixture of French, American and Hungarian oak for 30 full months on oak. This extra time allows for additional concentration of the fruit, fine tannins and firm structure that will get even better through 2026 to 2031. 135 cases produced.
