The 2017 Prose is a delicious, full-bodied blend of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Touriga and 25% Cabernet Franc, more Cabernet Franc than most of our other Bordeaux blends. It is 100% estate-grown and was aged in a variety of French and American oak. You’ll notice aromas of cassis, rose and violet on the nose. Its savory characters and wonderful black cherry flavor are supported by hints of plum and blackberry. This wine has great structure and is ready to drink now, but will continue to improve through 2031. Only 135 cases produced.
