The 2017 Cabrador is a bold blend of 70% Touriga, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 15% Petit Verdot. It is 100% estate-grown and bottled, and was aged for 30 months in a mixture of French and Hungarian barrels that have been slightly toasted on the inside, imparting a nice vanilla smokiness. On the nose, you’ll smell black plum, blackberry, black cherry, white pepper and leather. Taste rich mocha, more black fruits, and enjoy a rich lingering finish. Drink now and through 2025. Only 165 cases produced.
