The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% estate-grown and bottled on our Nagengast Estate Vineyard in San Miguel. It is bursting with dark fruit aromas of black cherry, blueberry and blackberry wrapped in vanilla, cedar and leather. It is a very complex and full-bodied wine with firm structure. It was aged in a mixture of French and American oak for 30 months. It can be enjoyed now but will improve through 2026. 165 cases produced.
